Why we exist.
The software problem in small agencies is solved. The staffing problem isn't.
There's good software for nearly everything an agency does by hand. What's missing is anyone whose job is to pick it, install it, and keep it running — because a fifteen-person agency can't justify that hire, and vendors can't afford to be that person for an account that size.
That's the whole firm.
